Processing

• Order processing time is up to 10* business days after PayPal/ Credit card payment confirmation.

• Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.

• Ring sizes, bracelets & chains lengths will be provided by customer.
  
  

Shipping

• We ship through DHL - Items are delivered within 3-5* business days.

• Tracking numbers will be provided.

• Combined shipping: We ship multiple items, up to 0.5 kg, with no extra fee. If there is an exception we will contact you before shipping.

• Final prices include safe packaging.

* Please note: Israeli business days are Sunday-Thursday.

• Please make sure your address and PayPal address match and provide phone number, to avoid confusion and for easy shipping.

• As noted above, estimated arrival times are provided by DHL.
  MR. SMITH will not be responsible for delayed delivery. However, you are not alone, we will do everything in our power to assist and locate lost/delayed packages and resolve any problems that may occur.

Payment and Fees

• We accept payment through PayPal and Credit cards.

• All customs, sales tax and extra fees apply to buyer.

• For local Israeli customers: 17% VAT will be added to the product price.
  
  
  

Refunds and Exchanges

• We sell only high-quality products and do our best making sure your shopping experience is a pleasant one. But, if you regret the purchase, you can return it.

• Refund policy:  7days money back guarantee from receiving date, according to DHL, Israel post site or any other delivery service used.

• Please note that refunds do not include custom or engraved jewelry and shipping costs.

• All transactions are protected by the Israeli consumer protection law.

Additional Policies and FAQs

• We do our best so that the pictures reflect the appearance of the items, but please keep in mind that there might be slight color variations due to differences of mobile/ computers/ tablets screens.

• Because all jewelry are assembled & finished by hand, there may be weight

  variances of the final product.

זמני ההכנה 

• זמן הכנת הזמנה הוא עד 10* ימי עסקים מיום אישור התשלום.

• מסירת מידת טבעת, אורך צמיד/שרשרת באחריות הלקוח.

• לתשומת ליבכם, זמני ההכנה אינם כוללים את זמן המשלוח.

 *ימי העסקים הם א'-ה'.

משלוחים בישראל:

• "דואר רשום" - שירות משלוח דבר דואר רשום עם ניסיון מסירה עד שבעה ימי עסקים לאחר יום המשלוח.
  "דואר מהיר אקספרס"- שירות משלוחים מהיר של דברי דואר עד לבית הנמען (בתוספת תשלום). ניסיון מסירה *תוך 1-3 ימי עסקים.
  מספרי מעקב יסופקו לשני סוגי המשלוחים.

• זמני מסירה משוערים מסופקים ע"י דואר ישראל.
  מר סמית' לא יישא באחריות על עיכובים מטעם חברת השליחויות.

• לכפרים, מושבים וקיבוצים דואר ישראל מגיע בתדירות נמוכה יותר מערים מרכזיות. יש לקחת בחשבון שהמשלוח עלול להתעכב במספר ימים.

• יש לוודא כי כתובת המגורים מעודכנת בחשבון ה- PayPal באמצעותו מתבצעת ההזמנה. 

למשלוחים בינלאומיים אנא פנו לגרסה האנגלית. 

תשלום ומיסים מקומיים 

• אנו מקבלים תשלום דרך חשבון PayPal וכרטיס אשראי. ניתן להזמין טלפונית בכרטיס אשראי, ביט, פייבוקס והעברה בנקאית.

• שימו לב כי המחירים אינם כוללים מע"מ בסך 17% המתווספים כאשר ההזמנה/ לקוח נרשם מישראל. 

זיכוי והחזרות

• אנו מייצרים ומוכרים מוצרים באיכות הגבוהה ביותר ועושים כמיטב יכולתנו שחוויית הקנייה שלכם תהיה נעימה ונוחה, אך אם אתם מתחרטים על הרכישה, ניתן לבצע החזר. 

• החזרת מוצר תתאפשר עד 7 ימי עסקים ממועד קבלת המוצר, וזאת לפי אתר הדואר או כל חברת שליחויות אחרת. 

• לתשומת לבכם - החזרים אינם כוללים תכשיטים מותאמים אישית ו/או חרוטים, ועלויות משלוח.

• במידה ותכשיט יוחזר שלא במצבו המקורי, יישא הלקוח בעלות התיקון.

• ביטול עסקה בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010 וחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א- 1981.
